Really impressed with my dinner at Noodle Den! The handmade noodles were cooked well and the Mongolian beef stir fry was very tasty! Prices were reasonable too, especially for a casino restaurant. The fried wontons were excellent as well. Will be back!

Welcome to The Noodle Den, a vibrant culinary gem nestled in the heart of Las Vegas at the Sahara Resort. This establishment specializes in authentic Chinese noodle soup dishes that promise to warm your soul and tantalize your taste buds. As a food reviewer, I find myself drawn to this cozy yet classy eatery, known for its inviting atmosphere and a diverse menu that caters to both traditionalists and those looking for a modern twist on classic flavors.

From the moment you step in, you are enveloped in a comforting ambiance marked by tasteful decor and friendly service. The team at The Noodle Den delivers outstanding attention, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and cared for. The combination of a casual yet trendy vibe makes it an ideal spot for groups, couples, or even solo diners wanting a leisurely meal.

One of the standout features of The Noodle Den is its menu, which includes a delightful array of handmade classics. I was particularly impressed with the Spicy Wontons which showcase the perfect balance of flavors at just $12 for 8 pieces. The Crab Pork Xiao Long Bao, priced at $16 for 6 pieces, is an absolute must-try, bursting with savory broth that dances on your palate. You can’t miss the Shanghai Xiao Long Bao, another local favorite that captures the essence of authentic Chinese cuisine.

For those craving rice dishes, you can dive into the Braised Pork Belly and Fried Egg over Rice for $24—a rich and hearty option that hits all the right notes. The Yangzhou Fried Rice at $23 is a colorful twist that combines flavors and textures in a delightful way.

And let's not forget about dessert! The Mango Pudding, Chocolate Orange Almond Cake, and Matcha Tiramisu all ring in at $10 each and provide a sweet ending worth savoring.

The Noodle Den also addresses modern dining needs with a variety of options: reservations, takeout, delivery, and even catering for special events. Additionally, with vegan selections, a wheelchair-accessible environment, and payment flexibility including cryptocurrency, it remains inclusive for all. Enjoy your meal under the cover of outdoor seating, or relax inside with free Wi-Fi and a full bar to complement your dining experience.

Whether you are a seasoned aficionado of Chinese cuisine or simply curious to explore, The Noodle Den stands ready to offer a delightful culinary experience that is distinctly compelling. With reasonable prices, especially for the Las Vegas market, it's no wonder diners rave about the food and service in their reviews. Take a moment to indulge in this noodle paradise—your taste buds will thank you!
